Which of your stores provide disability access?
We aim to provide all customers with full disability access and facilities in each of our store locations.
Do you have WiFi access in your stores?
Yes, every store provides access to WiFi
Is there parking available at your stores?
Yes, each store has parking close by, please find the store via Google and you will be able to find the closest parking available.
I’m worried about Covid?
We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. We take social distancing and the safety of our customers very seriously. If you would like to visit and have any worries our staff will be happy to help you.
Do you sell Gift Cards and how can I buy one?
Yes, we have a branded gift card to purchase, they can be found at the till in each store. You are able to choose the amount you would be credited to the card, whether it be £10, £20, £30 or more.

I’d like to visit one of your stores, do I need to book a table?
No, you don’t need to book a table, please feel free to just turn up.
Do you have a loyalty card and how can I get it?
Yes, we use Yoyo, a rewards and mobile payment app. Yoyo is free and available on iOS and Android. The Coffee House rewards scheme allows you to collect stamps, and in return, we reward your loyalty with a free drink for every 10 stamps collected.
Is the App safe and secure?
When you download and register on Yoyo, you’ll be requested to link a debit or credit card. Yoyo does not hold customer banking information. Instead, this is managed by a trusted DSS PCI Compliant payment provider. Yoyo also uses dynamic QR codes to accept both payment and loyalty vouchers. Where can I find allergen information?
We have vegan along with gluten and dairy-free drink and food options in each store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment options in our stores.
Do you explain nutritional information on your products?
We don’t, however this is something we are currently working on and will be available soon.

Is click & collect available in all of your stores?
We no longer have a click and collect service available.
Can I place orders directly with stores?
Unfortunately, we cannot take orders in advance, you will need to place the order in store.
Are you dog friendly?
We welcome our furry friends on our outdoor terraces. Dog water is available.
Do you have high chairs?
Absolutely, we love to welcome children into our stores and have child-friendly food and drink options available even a babycino.
What time do you stop serving food?
Please refer to the individual store for closing times. Food is stopped serving an hour prior to closing time.
